Automation

Automate the busywork | Workflow Automation for Small Businesses

We take one repetitive process, build it end to end, document it and train your team to use it.

Sound familiar?

We retype the same information into three different systems.

Leads come in and nobody follows up fast enough.

What you get

  • A live, monitored workflow in your own account
  • Before and after process maps
  • A runbook: purpose, trigger, steps, error handling and how to pause it
  • A test plan with results
  • A training session and a recording
  • An export of the workflow in your own repository

How it works

Most workflows take 2–4 weeks.

Scope

We agree exactly what the workflow does, what it connects and what done looks like.

Week 0

Access and design

You give us access to the tools. We design the workflow and choose the platform.

Week 1

Build

We build it in your account.

Weeks 1–2

Test

We test it with real cases before it touches a customer.

Weeks 2–3

Go-live

We switch it on and watch it run.

Week 3

Train and close

We train your team and hand over the runbook.

Weeks 3–4

Example use cases

Lead form to CRM to instant follow-up

A new lead lands in your CRM, gets a text and an email at once, and you get an alert.

Quote-to-invoice

An accepted quote becomes an invoice without anyone retyping it.

Appointment reminders

Customers get a reminder before every appointment.

Weekly KPI report to your inbox

The numbers you check every Monday arrive on their own.

New-hire onboarding checklist

A new hire’s accounts, paperwork and training tasks are created for you.

Pricing

From $2,500 per workflow.

  • $4,000–$8,000 for workflows that connect several systems or use AI.
  • 50% deposit on the build, and 30 days of fixes after go-live.
  • Automation Care is required after go-live and keeps it running: $99, $249 or $499 per month, depending on how many workflows we monitor. Three-month minimum.
